Remembrance Parade - November 2014

The sun shone brightly down on our Remembrance parade again this year. (even though it was still raining at 8am!!). Youngsters from Guides and Scouts paraded to the chapel where The Vicar held the service aided by Nathan and Louise on some blowy instruments!! We then were rallied around the monument for the wreath laying. The parade was brisk on the way back and after a successful dismissal (for a change) a nice cup of tea and mince pies was served by the Parish Council. A huge thanks to all involved especially those who marshalled us and kept us all safe.
