Maldon Mud Race - December 2009

Maldon’s annual mud race had 4 star "runners" in the group. Parents/leaders from 1st Heybridge braved the wind and cold to prove they could do it. Starting very clean and ready they sized up the oppositition. At 1o'clock as the gate opened and they squelched their way to the start line questions were being asked. Like WHY! 4 started for Heybridge and we are pleased to say 4 returned across the finish line. Neither friends nor wives recognised them but hey, they made it.
