Wildwood - May 2006

2 coaches full of bristling Beavers, Cubs and Scouts went for a day trip to Wildwood, Kent. Here they made masks, learnt how to act as a wolf pack and the Scouts opened and logged owl pellets! There were many enclosures with wild boar, deer, beavers, wolves and loads of other children wise animals. Lunch was mainly in the resource centre but that was if you hadn't eaten it or shared it with the exhibits on the way around. The play area was as popular as always but a lot was learnt from the visit and all were brought home safely and not as owl pellets!!!!
