Cubs Top Six Competition - March 2011

The Leopards and Tigers Cub Packs Came together again this year for the annual Top 6 competition. All the Cubs had projects to complete over the half term holiday, to bring in on the night to be judged, by 3 independent judges. The Cubs also had a number of different activities to complete on the night, this year saw them; sewing on buttons, making a spaghetti bridge, completing a scouting quiz, coloring in the world badge and making a model of Akela out of very sticky dough, I think a few got the likeness down to a t!!!! These activities were judged on team work, effort and quality. The night saw the "yellow" Tigers taking the top award with the "Blue" Leopards coming a close second with only a point behind. Both the Cubs and Leaders had a fantastic evening and all went home very pleased with their efforts.
