Scouts Sailing Day - July 2007

The holidays started with 20 Scouts and Leaders on a sailing day at the Enfield Scout Sailing Lake at Nazeing. Some of the Scouts had previous sailing experience, whilst for others it was their first time. After being given basic instruction they all took to the water. The weather was sunny for most of the day, except for the squall that came across mid afternoon to make everyone nicely wet and to capsise one unfortunate pair. Everyone who went had a great time so we are looking at booking another day for the late autumn.
