Cubs Sixers and Seconders Camp - September 2007

It was once again time for the more responsible Cubs to enjoy their annual camp. The weekend started with a gentle walk along the banks of the Chelmer and Blackwater canal towards Heybridge. Having arrived at the Church Ground, they were soon preparing the evening meal before putting up their tents. After eating the meal it was washing up, without a dishwasher! The morning saw them cooking breakfast and toasting bread on the embers of the previous night fire. After packing away all the tents and equipment their was still time left for a game of conkers.
